Singapore lifted all Covid related restrictions.
As of February,2023, there is no need to undergo additional health check or provide proof of vaccination or or negative PCR test result when travelling to Singapore. Its also not mandatory (but still recommended) to buy travel insurance with Covid cover. And there is no need to wear a mask on public transport. Singapore will also stop using contact tracing apps, according to Health Minister Ong Ye Kung. He also confirmed that authorities will delete “personally identifiable information” related to Covid.
