1000% recommend, especially now during COVID and war! I had a flight booked with them (so glad I used travel agent) and when I started with online check in I discovered that 2nd leg of my flight from Singapore to Europe was cancelled. I sent quick email and my flight was changed to different airline in minutes. I owe them at least a cake now!*****
